Payment Terms: Payments are to be made full in advance by Paypal, Bank Transfer (TT) or Western Union. For Paypal payment additional 4.7% of the subtotal is to be added as paypal charges. Transfers via bank will have an additional US$10 as bank charges. Please contact us for more details. Sales Terms:Goods are to be shipped out after full payment has been made by the customer. The shipping is to be paid by the purchaser. The courier companies we use are FedEx, UPS, TNT and EMS. The ETA from Hong Kong to any place in the world is usually 4 to 7 business days by air or 23-30 days by sea. To prevent damage during transit, extra-protections are taken care of on our boxes on each shipment. Returns: In the event of problem, first contact ESTA INTERNATIONAL to receive return authorisation. No returns will be accepted on items that have
been installed or modified. Items can be returned for credit or exchanges only. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All freight charges,
both incoming and outgoing must be paid by the customer. All items sold are BRAND NEW and "as is." All rights reserved by ESTA INTERNATIONAL to accept or reject returns, only upon certain and specific conditions. If the customer cancels within 5 days from ordering a 20% cancellation fee will be applied. All return requests must be made within 5 days after receiving order. All approved returns must be returned to ESTA INTERNATIONAL in unused and unaltered condition with original packaging. Refunds will not be issued on goods that are damaged. Transit Damage: Some products may be damaged during the transit therefore; the goods are to be inspected upon arrival. Incase of damage either to packaging or the product should be marked and reported to the Fright Company and company’s personnel. DO NOT sign delivery receipt until all packages have been inspected. In the event of damage, “damage” should be stated explicitly on the delivery bill and verified by the delivery personnel or refuse the shipment. Retain all boxes and other packaging material as package may be subject to inspection by the carrier. ESTA INTERNATIONAL must be informed within 24 hours failure to comply with the policy may result in rejection for damage claims. ESTA INTERNATIONAL recommeds Shipping Insurance on all the items. Shipping Insurance can be available at additional cost upon request. We do not take any responsibility for any damage by shipping carrier in any circumstances. Warranty /Liability: The buyer of any part discharges the manufacturer of the part and ESTA INTERNATIONAL from all liabilities arising from the use of the part. The buyer recognizes that any alteration or modification to any motor vehicle may increase the risk of injury or accident and may render the vehicle illegal for use on public roads and highways. Parts are intended for race use only. Use at your own risk Installation: All body kits are manufactured with fiberglass and carbon fiber (wet laid carbon) unless otherwise stated. Due to the material used in production, the body kits may not be a direct bolt-on and may require considerable body work. These modifications may include removal or cutting of the reinforcement bars. By complying with our policies, customer understands the procedure and possible difficulty in installing the body kit. We HIGHLY recommend that a professional body shop with custom fiberglass body kit experience perform the installation. Refunds will not be issued due to poor fitment of the body kit. If fitment is off by extreme margins, a refund will be considered. |
